Bare Root Wellness began as a dream in 1998 when our owner Chrissy was introduced to what at the time seemed like an extreme "diet" change. She followed
the lifestyle change for a while but eventually through more studies and research she discovered a few important things when it comes to a HEALTHY lifestyle.
